Delivery times range from 6-14 days. We can ship to any country in the world. For country-specific delivery times, please see the table above.
Our order processing time is 1-2 days. Most items ship within 3 days, if it may take longer to ship we will let you know before processing your payment.
If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know when placing your order.
If for any reason we are unable to accept your order or expect a delay in delivery, we will contact you.

If you do not receive your goods within the time range of your chosen shipping method, please contact us for tracking information.
Please note, most international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 30 days have elapsed.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos. Once we have reviewed the damaged item, we will despatch a replacement or refund you in full.
